The EPP is a more hands-on approach to your average online training. The 12-week programme for people who strive to deliver their best every day. The programme is focused on getting physical and lifestyle results, teaching you key factors around sleep, nutrition and stress management that allow you to perform at your best in and outside the gym. Over the programme you will not only get results but learn how to sustain, manage, and even build on the results way after the course.
The EPP does require a basic to medium level of experience in the gym, someone who enjoys training and is looking to progress to the next level.
Investment into a course like this goes past the monetary costs. It will require you to be open to adapting to new practices or approaches set by the programme, this might involve adjusting routines, dietary habits, or mindset paradigms. The course will demand a small amount of dedicated time throughout the week for workouts, learning and weekly check-ins.
